Hayden was contracted to build a 2 metal building development office warehouse space. Client paid him to buy the actual metal buildings and buildings were never ordered or paid for but the money is gone ($140k).
Hayden was paid $81k for dirt work (get the lot graded and ready for foundations), provide and install fire hydrant, install main water line and tie into water districts main line. He never provided or installed fire hydrant and never installed water line. The dirt work that was done will have to get redone because he doesn't know what he is doing.
